IP500v2 with PRI on 8.1.73
One Ars route "Main" pushing out their main number, as far as I can only one phone has this problem. When they dial out, their calls on the receiving end come up 'withheld', goto the next phone over and call out and the Main number shows up on the receiving end like it should. (btw both calls used the same channel 23 on the PRI when testing) Users are identical in programming and there are NO custom user short codes. Phones are 9508's, and I have a single ARS route on the entire system, and that has every single possible match pushing out their main number. This is just weird and I can't figure it out. They were on 8.1.43 so I upgraded them to 8.1.73 to avoid any 'working as intended' avaya feature nonsense..
Any ideas? There is only a single extn reporting this issue, the rest work fine. Is there some mystery checkbox in manager somewhere that can override the ARS and have the call sent out as withheld?
