JTAPI: how to get call ID?

JTAPI is merely Java client for TSAPI with different libraries. Idea is to monitor a device (Station, VDN etc) using a monitor device or monitor via device method. As calls hit the device, CM sends events to the client who requested the monitor. The events contain all of the data elements needed, callID, ANI, DNIS etc.
Refer to the ASAI Protocol and ASAI Technical References for the data elements, and the JTAPI Programmers guide that ships with the Avaya CT CD. All of the docs are available to download from support.avaya.com as well:
