JS Unicode Chart?

I'm looking for a JavaScript Unicode chart somewhere on the web but I can't seem to find one.

The only one I could find was at

http://www.macchiato.com/unicode/charts.html

but it was not working anyway.

If someone could point me to one of these, or atleast tell me the JS unicode number for a double-quote (&quot - it would be very helpful!

I don't know if this meets the full Unicode specs, but try

http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/html-spec/html-spec_13.html

(I know this is outdated, but the W3C has been using Unicode as a standard since 1996).

If this doesn't help, then start at

http://www.w3.org/International/

and

http://www.unicode.org.
