yes sir we can print from the machine to where the printer is connected to, its a local printer except that its shared so that other computers can print from it. sometimes it does print both on the local machine and on the connected computers buts sometimes it doesn't. There are times that the printer just print pages with garble characters without neither of us here actually printing. Sometimes it displays "printing at the bottom left corner of the screen and end it but it didnt actually print and most of the times it hangs up so i have to end the process by hitting ctrl-alt-del, problem is when i check on the printer inside the settings on printers, the printer icon isnt there and i have to reboot to retrieve that printer/icon. it was working fine before but after a month so it just started this way, i wish you could help us out, its really causing us delays. thanks again my friend.

In response to my previous message in the other thread, can you use the printer host PC to access network resources on other machines? (If you can't, then it is the network connection between the host PC and the network, if you can then it is something to do with the local PC).
