Nothing is ever as easy as you think it's going to be!

From images scanned into PS I created a collage of photos in PS 6.0 and when done, "Saved As" a high quality jpeg. Canvas is 8 1/2 x 14 inches and the resolution is 150 dpi. The problem is that the file must be opened on a pc using MS Imaging and it won't open. The error ms says the file type is "unsupported". I figure there's something I need to do when "Save asing" but have no clue as to just what.

Your assistance will be sincerely appreciated!

Thanks,
John

I don't have MS Imaging, but Photoshop is capable of creating files that have more information than what other programs can use. For example, the file could be in CMYK mode.

Instead of using Save As, try using Save For Web instead. That will create a more compatable file.
