Hi,

When I try and start RAS I get the following error,

there are either no dialing ports configured or no
protocols configured for dialin.check your configuration
to ensure that one or more dialin ports and one or ,or
protocols are configured for Remote access.

the RAS terminated with service specific error 1066.

The odd thing is that you can still connect to the
internet if you manually dial up and exchange dials out
every hour.

I didn`t think you could dial out at all if RAS was
stopped.

There is more than one service associated with RAS - which one were you trying to start?

Are there any modems configured in the RAS Properties page? MCSE NT4/W2K
