Joining a 2k3 server to a 2kSBS domain

I need to know if anyone has a link to some docs or if they have successfully joined a standard edition 2k3 MEMBER server to a small business 2k server?

*bonus Question!*
Can you make the 2k3 member server a terminal server for the 2ksbs domain as well?

any tips appreciated.

I know for a fact you can do this with SBS2003, and I see no reason why you wouldn't be able to with SBS2000.

In fact, since you can no longer make an SBS server an application mode terminal server, adding a standard 2003 member server as the TS is the recommended method.
