Joing workgroups in Access

I am trying to join the computer to a workgroup. Can anyone help?

To join a workgroup, go to the folder on your harddrive that hold MS Office. Probably in either C: or D: in Program File/MS Office/ You should see a link to MS Access Workgroup Administrator. I think that is what you are looking for.
