I have received this error 3 times in the last week and a half. Backup starts at 8pm and should be over by 9pm. I check event viewer and Im getting multiple "Please remove the media from the drive, and Respond OK" from about 9ish until the next message. which is 4am, I get the, "job was canceled by user system" error message. In settings, I have the option "eject tape after backup" unchecked. I have this option unchecked due to problems in the past. Any suggestions? Anyone else come across this issue?
