Hello,

I am running a back up to disk job on BEv10. From one file server to the one with BUE installed on i. They are just data files. The job is running, there are no error messages yet the byte count remains on zero.
I ran the job last night to disk and after 15 hours there was still zero byte count. I changed the location to a folder to see if the problem was linked to the tape drive but still the same result.
If I look at the history/log. the job has no stats available (no files etc) and the log lists all the folders that I requested to be backed up with no error messages.
Does anyone know what the problem could be?
When I tried to cancel the job it would not cancel, had to restart all services etc.
I have run another job (exchange) to tape (same tape drive) with no problems. It just appears to be with this job.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
