Job Fails to "pull" data from particular machine

Hi Guys.

Last week, a portion of our backups started failing.

Basically there is a backup file of one of our database files that is not being copied to the tape.

One thing that did happen, was that we changed the password for the administrator account (Domain Admin acct). We are running under a 2003 A/D Domain.

In ArcServe i went in and changed the credentials (password) to reflect the new password for the admin account.

However the job is still failing to pull the files from this ONE machine..

Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

Hi,

If its the same job that used to work..

on the job status window.. right click on the job and select "modify user" ..

make sure you have the right credentials for the server that fails..
