jet admin not giving netware screen

Has anyone had this problem? When we try to configure a new jet direct card it is not giving us the option to associate the device with the print Q. When we click on configure we get the general screen and then the screen to put the IP address in and then the final screen.
There used to be a netware screen in between which allowed us to specify the printQ

It sounds like you are using the old HP JetAdmin software. You should be using the new HP WebJetAdmin as this supports the newer JetDirect cards and the additional features found in them. HP does not support the older software now. You can find the WebJetAdmin pieces and documentation at HP.com.

Also, I seem to recall that HP had one JetDirect model that did not support Netware, but I cannot find anything to back up that recollection.
