Jet 4.0 SP8 for Win 98?

Is there a MS Jet 4.0 Service Pack available for Windows 98 users? If not how would they run a runtime version of a MS Access 2003 application?

This is the first time I'm trying to distribute one of my Access applications. So I bought the latest realses.. MS Access 2003 and MS Office 2003 Developers Extensions. When I install the application on a basic install of Win XP Pro, it first needs the latest version of MS Jet 4.0. That could be a pain by itself, but it got me thinking about a Win 98 OS...

Then there is the digital signature that needs to be loaded. An "average" computer user may never get all of this installed and working...

Any suggestions?

I remember seeing something about this problem several weeks ago but the only thing I remember is that Microsoft had something about it on their web sit. You might try there.
