jCVS with Apache

Has anyone configured jCVS to work with the Apache webserver? jCVS is an application that uses serveral class file and one .jar file. I am not a java developer, but have been told that it can be done by configuring the jserv engine in apache. Thus far finding documentation on the procedure has been hard to come by.

Any help anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.
