Java tool with database

Hi everyone, I need help with the following problem: I need to create a tool for the following: according some information provided by the user, the tool should create a database and afterwards to populate the same database with "realistic" values. What I mean by realistic is if the name of the column is "name" the tool should not input in it number. It should create database up to the size of the user provided. I appreciate any kind of help provided.
