Wow, I just looked at the code of your page. So the whole thing is just one gif with hotspots???!!!
While your page looks OK, thats really not a good way to create a web page!
No is the answer to your question! Javascript cannot be created with Illustrator. As a general rule Illustrator is really only designed for creating individual graphic elements of a web page which you then stitch all together with a program like Dreamweaver, it is not really for creating whole web pages (arguably though...as per the same discussion about Photoshop in that forum!)
There are free web page creating programs out there on the web that you can download but in my (somewhat limited) experience Dreamweaver is the only program that has an extensive built in Javascript library which cuts down on the need for you have to actually learn the script and code it by hand.
Of course if you do want to learn Javascript then you can put your whole webpage together using something as simple as Windows notepad, but illustrator will be no help to you in that process!
