Hello,
What will you all do about the new Java API that comes with Remedy 5.0? Will you offer improvements to it? It is very hard to use and understand.

Hi Joe,

when we started to develope the AR-J java api for
remedy 4.0/4.5, ARS 5.0 was not yet announced.
After a quick evaluation of the Java Api of ARS 5.0
we also found it very complicated but it is more
powerful (Server object manipulation, windows platform
support and so on).
We will continue to use our package because it
is very simple and tested on ARS 4.0.x/4.5.x/5.0.x,
until we will need more than create/modify/delete/search
of entries.
