Long time listener first time poster ;-)
Just wondering if anyone had come across this problem and if so how did you go about fixing it ?
I am attempting to convert one of our existing apps from a English language base to Japanese. At the moment all I am trying to do is convert the label captions over but whenever I take a string of Japanese characters, currently these are coming in from Excel, but I don't think that is important, and paste them into the caption it rotates all the characters 90 degrees anticlockwise...yeah it baffled me as well. The caption actually shows the characters as control characters ie pipes and things but on the form you see the characters as they should be except with the twist. If anyone has ever seen anything like this before or has any ideas on how to resolve this I would really appreciate it.
