Hello Team.
How is possible to factory reset a J139 that does not accept the default CRAFT password from display and cannot access web interface as it is not getting any ip from DHCP.
The set stays ar a screen showing Login and waits for username and password. Pressing more it brings the Administration option and entering 27238 I get invalid access code.
Any hardware keys combination to factory reset the set?
thank you

Nikos

I couldn't find anything to do this on the phone when I was converting some J100 off Cloud Office. But I could change the password in the settings file. either directly in the settings file by adding SET PROCPSWD 27238 or in the no user source number by adding SET_46xx_PROCPSWD=27238

However the phone needs to connect to the IPO for this to work. With your comment about "not getting any ip from DHCP." I wonder if the IP is set statically might be a p[roblem if it is, you can see the IP and HTT server details without needing a password (normally)
