Folks; after nearly a week, my distributor and I worked out the problem. In the Grandstream gateways, I had the VoIP to PSTN pointed to my first extension number (221). What we found is that I had to pick out an ext# that had no relationship with extension database. We used 610. Fixed! Thanks to all for your patience and help! BTW, I really like the Emetrotel product! I will be turning the system up to the customer next week after the minimal training, for which they appreciate, since I am replacing an old 824 and the features are nearly the same!
