I have an Avaya G3R10 with Conversant IVR

After 10 minutes wait, customer have the choice to stay on hold or press 1 to leave his phone number for call back.

When customer press 1, recording prompted to enter the phone number and then #. After the numbers and # is entered, system prompt back saying "You entered if this is correct press 1 or press 2 to enter a different number."

Customer did not prompt back with the number that was entered. And the IVR doesn't capture the phone number for call back.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I seen some similar situations on this board, but I just can't put them together to fit my problem.

tipster222,

i think you should check your conversant application before trying to find errors in vector.
