I found out its a micros 3700 and hope someone might have a user manual I am a server and cant seem to get it all but would like to be able to read and practice at home thanks so much

All of the docs are located on the hard drive on the server PC at \MICROS\DOCUMENTATION. There should also be a shortcut on the Start Menu under the MICROS program group.
You're probably going to want MICROS\DOCUMENTATION\res\POS\3700 Users\3700Users_Man.pdf.
HOWEVER, the documentation isn't really designed for a server to learn how to use the system since the touchscreens are all customizable and there are many different workflows to account for. Your best bet is to see if your management can provide user-level documentation that is specific to YOUR system that can outline how to do things like open a check, order items, split checks etc.
