ITG up but fast busy

I have two option 11 25.30 with ITG-p cards, site to site calls get fast busy, stating the cards yield

REQ: stat 20
00 = UNIT 00 = IDLE (ISL TRK)(TIE IP WNK /WNK ) D-CH 12 EST ACTV

01 = UNIT 01 = IDLE (ISL TRK)(TIE IP WNK /WNK ) D-CH 12 EST ACTV

02 = UNIT 02 = IDLE (ISL TRK)(TIE IP WNK /WNK ) D-CH 12 EST ACTV

03 = UNIT 03 = IDLE (ISL TRK)(TIE IP WNK /WNK ) D-CH 12 EST ACTV

04 = UNIT 04 = IDLE (ISL TRK)(TIE IP WNK /WNK ) D-CH 12 EST ACTV

05 = UNIT 05 = IDLE (ISL TRK)(TIE IP WNK /WNK ) D-CH 12 EST ACTV

the same for all 23 channels at both sites.

I did a msgi/msgo in ld 96 on dch 12 and got....

Also the carrier states the T is good both directions.

Check your IP route between sites. If I remember correctly the voice channels show idle even when the ethernet cable is disconnected. The D channel stays up too.

Try pinging the far end system in LD 117

May need to add a static route in LD 117 for the subnet of the remote site.

I tried to ping the distant end after I posted And could not.

I checked the connections on the local end and all is good. I will need to take a trip to the far end and check.

Turned out to be a PRI trouble.
