It is possible: LAN->ISA Server->Router->VPN->Proxy Server->Inter 1

My LAN is connected to the Internet in this way:
LAN -> Router -> VPN -> Proxy Server -> Internet
I wonder if it is possible (and how must I configure it) to install an ISA Server between LAN and Router. (LAN -> ISA Server -> Router -> VPN -> Proxy Server -> Internet)
I must mention that I don’t administer the Router or the Proxy Server.

Sure, just set your ISA server's default gateway to the routers internal IP, and LAN machines default gateway to the ISA servers internal IP.
