Two sites: Main site has a IP 406 version 3.1(36) and the remote site has a IP 500 version 4.2(11) and connected via MPLS.

If I am at the remote site and press *17 I hear welcome to ip office, please enter your ext. and after the extension is entered I hear sorry login incorrect...

If I am at the main site I am able to check every mailbox on the remote site without any issues.

I am also able to call the remote site and leave a voicemail that lights up the message light.

Someone has mentioned to me that port 50795 may be blocked so I had the Firewall guy check and he said it wasn't

What should I do next?

>IP 406 version 3.1(36)

It should work as is, but I'd look to upgrade this system to the same version, or at least as close to as possible.

Look at your call flows, do you have a custom Collectmail action? If so, disable that and try again.

Are you being a good SCN citizen - unique names, extension numbers, line groups etc?

Take Care

Matt
I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Yes, I am being a good SCN citizen - I think.

I also noticed that if I am at the main site I can't coverage a phone/user from the remote site. Also this is true trying to cover a phone at the main site from the remote site.

Is there a way to check the port status on the IPO?

I noticed that my log has this:

AVRIP Tx: v=192.168.35.10 send=0 receive=0

AVRIP Rx: v=192.168.35.10 send=0 receive=0

Does this mean that the firewall is blocking port 50795 or is my pbx not sending anything out on that port?

Thanks...

what do you have set at the voicemail tab (system)
Is it set on centralized voicemail ?

Actually, the main site is set to Voicemail Pro and the main site is set to Centralized Voicemail. Is this correct?
