Having a strange issue, and I haven't been able to find a solution online on the Avaya Support site or here.
I am unable to install Voicemail Pro Client on Windows 7. I currently have the 9.1.x software version installed.
When attempting to install R10, the Modify / Repair / Remove prompt comes up. Either the modify or repair option selected, I get the box to select the features I need. I remove all except Voicemail Pro Client. The program will then give an error "this isnt the correct product" or something to that effect.
I have completely deinstalled the old version of VMPro client from one of the computers, same result.
Has anyone run into this issue before ? Is there any where to download just the client, not the whole server/client ZIP file ?
