We have two sites in the same town with IP Office 500 V2's. On site 1 I have configured within User Rights > Shortcodes the ability to push out a certain DDI depending on what extension they dial out of.

On site 2, it doesn't seem to work. The config is the same as site 1 but it will only push the lead ISDN number out.

We are in the UK and use ISDN30 circuits.

Can anyone help me on this? Many thanks.

The number can only belong to one ISDN circuit or the other, and you can only send out numbers that are valid on your ISDN circuit, that's why it only works on one site. If they are linked and share the trunk/circuit then it will not follow user rights as they are part of a different system, you will need to add line shortcodes or use system shortcodes to set the number :)
