Contact your maintainer or Siemens.
The Version 9 upgrade processes remain the same as for upgrades to Revision 8 for those systems at Revision 7 and below. For those customers already at Revision 8 the application pack upgrade process is used.

This is not to upgrade the software.
The SCA is a programme (DX System Configuration Advisor) that you load your PABX system file - HRM into. The SCA will then highlight potensial problems on the PABX such as power problems on shelves,DSC concurrent connections,BHCA Busy Hour Call Rate,DCH Common Channel Signalling, etc.
