ISDN trunk looping issue

A co-worker of mine is currently experiencing an issue with his ISDN tie trunk wherein some of the members are connected to other members of the trunk, where if you do a verify on those ports you only hear dead air. Here is a screenshot of the status trunk command to better describe the problem (highlighted in red):

By the way, the DS1 card is a TN2464BP HW05 FW19. It's currently installed in a CM 3.1.4 system. Tests on this boards came out clean. Thanks in advance for all the help!

Have a look to see if any station have call forwarding on them "list call-forwarding " or check you CDR is possible.

Thanks for the reply Yimmer, I'll try those out but would it be ok if you could explain how would these be related to the trunk issue?
