I am getting the below errors on my ISDN trunks. I have TN464HP boards connected to a ISDN/SIP gateway. All trunks are in-service, the signaling group as well, but some of my calls drop.

I get this on all 23 B-channels:
test trunk 7:
01A0701 ISDN-TRK 0007/001 36 PASS
01A0701 ISDN-TRK 0007/001 255 PASS
01A0701 ISDN-TRK 0007/001 256 ABORT 1116
01A0701 ISDN-TRK 0007/001 257 PASS

Test signaling group:
2 ISDN-SGR 636 PASS
2 ISDN-SGR 639 ABORT 1132
2 ISDN-SGR 637 PASS
2 ISDN-SGR 647 PASS

Do you have an idea what these errors mean?

Ok, I checked these errors and that is fine and not indicating a problem.

What is happening is that I frequently get denial events on some of my b-channels:
denial event 1175: ISDN channel unacceptable D1=0x830006 D2=0x6

How to troubleshoot further?

Your first thread shows trunk-group 7

Denials for 0x830006 are for trunk-group 6

check routing for trunk-group 6 to see what it's being used for outbound.

How strange. I am troubleshooting a problem where I get these denial events intermittently on what seems to happen on only certain b-channels of my PRIs. It is happening on several of them.

The trace I posted was done on trunk group 7 and the outbound routing is on that trunk.
Actually my call comes into the PBX on an IP trunk (trunk group 6)to an automated menu, there I press digits that would send the digits out on my PRI on trunk group 7.
Don't understand why my IP trunk 6 would show on the denial event on the trace of trunk group 7.

I just turned off the hourly resetting of idle bearer channels by the far end and I haven't been having the issue since. Maybe that was causing the problem and I hope it doesn't come back.

And thanks for your comments, helpful as always.
