ISDN-PRI for DID Circuit?

I am ordering and ISDN-PRI for my DID circuit. Verizon is asking me if I want ISDN National 1, 2, 03? Anybody know what I should order? Ihave an Avaya G3R?

Usually NI2 (5ESS) for local access.

Does NI2 stand for National ISDN 2?

Does anyone know the difference between National ISDN 1, 2 & 3?

Is this configured somehow in the Trunk Group translations.

Just read all about it in Newtons Telecom Dictionary.NI1 was just the first ISDN standard, 2 and 3 are revisions but there isn't a lot of detail about what changes were made
