Hi all,
We have been having a bit of trouble with our Telco recently. What happens is that we suddenly get a hit on our primary ISDN circuits which causes large amounts of call cutoffs across our centre. When we check our DS1 logs they show a massive amount of errors. We then report this to our telco's fault management team and they investigate. the only trouble is that they see the circuits as running totally clear. I am dealing with one of their senior engineers and he is asking what the tolerances are on our error reporting as he wants to compare them to the network kit as it is a huge problem that they cant see errors which are severe enough to cause loss of service. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find that info? We are running a Definity G3r v8.
Thanks in advance John
