ISDN-PRI D Channel Problems

D channel won't sinc up.
G3 V6 single carrier cabinet
TN 790 Processor, TN 777B Net Control, TN 2182B Tone/Clock
TN 464GP DS1, TN 765 Processor Interface ( don't believe I really need the TN 765 )
Does this hardware look correct?
I have administered, DS1 board, Signal group,Trunk group, and syncronization.
Protocol on the DS1 is set for "b" NI2.
I don't think I need to administer any processor channels.

I think you do need the TN765. You also need to assign a processor channel. What are you connecting to?

I don't know the switch type but I know the PRI is set for National. I also know the circuit works on another brand of switch I brought in to test.
