ISDN Gateway 3G call quality

Hi,

We have just installed a MFIM50B with an ISDN Gateway 3G, however the call quality is unexpectedly very poor.
Both the caller and call receiver complain about the 'dirty line' which is no where near the quality of a regular GSM call.

Is there anything that can be checked or tweaked to improve this?
