I have a problem on CM 2.2 for fax lines. When incoming fax from ISDN DDI, to the fax machines in the PABX, it refuses to talk with the machines and intermitten the faxes go through but most of the time it won't. I have tried to troubleshooting the ISDN, but the service provider said no problem on the ISDN circuits since there is no problem on voice. Only fax we encounter thi problem of not handshaking. But if we were to use internal extension for fax lines it is perfect.
Anymore idea to troubleshoot on this problem? Please advise. Thank you
