ISDN and RDN IE for Twinning 2

I just installed an IP Office 9.0 with a Verizon PRI and twinning is not sending out the originating CID. We emailed Verizon to enable the feature and they responded with this:
This feature is called "redirecting number". For this to work, we need to confirm that the CPE (PBX) uses RDN IE settings.

I researched RDN IE (Redirecting Number Information Element), but cannot find anything about IP Office supporting it. I dont want to guess and bring down the circuit. Can anyone clarify if IPO supports RDN IE?

on the system/twinning tab, is send original caller party information for mobile twinning ticked?

Activating the feature will not bring down the circuit regardless. Avaya don't say what underlying protocol it uses so you'll have to try it
