ISA2004 - certain websites do not work

ISA2004 on win2003 server

everyone can get to all sites except a few eg

http://www.darkhorse.com.

they get a 10060 coonnection timeout message on the page (even on the ISA server itself i get the same problem)

I checked the logs and it's not a protocol rule that is blocking the sites the "action" says "Failed connection attempt"

our other ISA2004 server based in another location is fine and both are configured the same way

any clues or pointers would be appreciated in troubleshooting this one
