ISA problem with Domain name and web site same name

I have a ISA server with Service pack 1 installed on a Win 2000 Service pack 2 Server
The problem is the domain name is mps.co.uk and the Web site is also called mps.co.uk
we do not host our own web site
The connection to this web site is lost after 3 days
reboot the ISA server and it comes back for another 3 days

I know it must be a setting within the ISA management console, but where to start
