ISA 2004 Published Web sites stop working periodically

I have a client using Windows SBS 2003 Premium with ISA 2004. Every few days, his Outlook Web Access and his Remote Web Workplace sites stop working from the Internet. They still work internally. Restarting the ISA services fixes the problem every time.

The weird part is that only the published web sites fail. I can still connect to the server using RDP. Everyone on the inside can still connect to the internet. You just can't connect to those two published web sites from the outside.

Any idea what might be causing it to stop working in the first place?

Do you publish for external or for internal users as well?
