Someone has made a film with a camera. Now I miss some close-ups but we cannot redo the shots with the camera. Is there some way to make close-ups in Premiere itself?

If you right-click on the video in your time line, you'll see video options. In there select 'Motion'. There is an option to zoom in/out the entire clip. You'll have to make sure the starting and ending points are the same so the clip does not move. Also, you'll lose some resolution because you are zooming, but play around and see what works best.

Thanks Irsmith,

Does anyone know how this zooming works with a Mac, because with a Mac there is no right-click.
