Is this Spy Ware? 1

For the last two days, when I shut down my PC I receive an "End Program" box on the screen.

The title of the box is ".NET Broadcast Event Window 1.0.3"

I have never seen this prior to two days ago. As far as I am aware I did not download any new programs.

i do not know as to what program that might be, but if it is spy ware/parasite check out this website:

Never seen this, but.net is that new MS initiative for programming. Did you install the.net client from the Windows update site?
If so, uninstall it. Very few people have written anything for it yet.

There doesn't seem to be any other errors. I am not sure why this started out of the blue two days ago.
