Is there software that analysis Call Flows? 1

Is there a software package that can analyze vectors, vdns, etc. and create flow charts based on them?

Based on some more research I did...

Avaya has a product called Visual Vectors.

They have a product called Call Flow Extract. It has a trial period that you can use to evaluate it.

i already have it but i dont know wich server will contact
is there a help file or a readme for that software?

from what I read in some of the documentation, it looks like it ties in with your CMS server.
