Is there anyway to intialize a mailbox remotely?

I have a tenant who doesn't need a physical phone, but wants VID. I've assigned the line and setup the mailbox. When I dial the number, voicemail picks up and says the mailbox hasn't been initialized.

Initialize for him and allow him to go in remotely and change what is needed. In all of our installs I initialize the mailboxes.

Found it! When setting up the mailbox, You can turn external inialization on or off! Is there is a down side to leaving External Inialization to Y?

Call into the Rad and login to his voice mail. You will be prompted to change the password. Change to whatever you want and you are all set.
