Is there any way to safe boot an NT Server?

We have a server that get's stuck with Dr Watson opening up window after window. Anyone know of a way that we can boot this server in safe mode (not the utility?

No, not really. The closest thing is probably LAST KNOWN GOOD boot or VGA mode boot.
