Is there any way to burn cue/bin files apart from FireBurner?

I downloaded a program in the form of a compressed file. This unpacked to a cue file and a bin file. I was hoping for an exe file that I could install. The little iformation I have been able to glean on this topic suggests that these files must be burnt to a CD and that the best application to do this is FireBurner. So I downloaded a demo version but something went wrong because when I tried to run it for the first time it told me that my 30 day trial period had expired! ( I'm sure I've never downloaded it before) I have Easy CD-Creator 4 but that doesn't mention cue/bin files and I also downloaded NTI CD-Maker and Nero but neither of them threw any light on the subject. I don't want to register FireBurner just so that I can burn a CD to install one program (It costs $80 where I come from). Is there any alternative I can use? I think I may have to convert the cue/bin files to an ISO file before burning it but don't know how to achieve this.

you could also try daemon tools which will emulate a cd-drive and open the cue/bin file as if it was a cd and allow you to install from there. here is the link
