HI.

Is there a built in option in Exchange 5.5 SP4 to export a list of display names and SMTP addresses?
The directory export provides all the email addresses in the same column which is dificult to manage and extract only SMTP addresses that I'm looking for.

Did I miss something?
Or do I need a 3rd party or RK tool for that?

Thanks

Directory Export is the only built-in tool in Exchange. I usually do a directory export into a .CSV file and then use the functions in Excel to separate all e-mail addresses. The SMTP addresses are separated with a % if im not wrong so it's quite easy.

You can also try this one out: (Q153028 from Technet)

Good luck!
