Is there a way to reset the password of an ElectraEliteIPK II PBX?

Have you tried the default manufacturer's password? The one listed in the programming manual.

If the previous vendor does not help out, then your only recourse is to factory default the system. It will come up as a working system, but customized programming will be gone.
