Might try this, but depends on the model.

• Unplug Ethernet: Unplug the Ethernet cable from the phone.
• Press Microphone: Press and hold the microphone button while powering on the phone by plugging the Ethernet cable back in.
• Release Button: Release the microphone button after a few seconds.

Thanks for the help did not work phone keeps connecting to a disabled cloud account
