Depending on what version of the software you run as to where the option are located. You haven't mentioned what version so this is as much help as I can give you. Acrobat 6 it's under File>Print with Comments then change options to be Comments only Acobat 8 (CS3) it's under Comments>Print with comments summary then select comments only option Marcus http://www.midlandtypesetters.com.au Upvote 0 Downvote
