Is there a way to print only the highlighted text

I am trying to print only the highlighted comments with the pdf. Is there a way to do this?

print with comments is what your looking for.
Depending on your acrobat version it's under the file menu or the print menu

I didn't want to print the document - only the comment. When printing with comment, it prints both. Is there a way to only print the comment?

There are many different options to choose from.
You can print just the comments or both...

Depending on what version of the software you run as to where the option are located.

You haven't mentioned what version so this is as much help as I can give you.

I'm using Acrobat 7 -

That would be right...the one version I don't have.

Acrobat 6 it's under File>Print with Comments then change options to be Comments only

Acobat 8 (CS3) it's under Comments>Print with comments summary then select comments only option

Acrobat 7 is the same as Acrobat 6.
