Is there a way to color a refresh button on data entry?

I have up to 33 people using a database and I want a refresh button to have red text when someone changes any data so that other users know to refresh the forms to see the new data.

Is this possible? I am using mdb backend on a server with mde front ends stored locally on users machines.

I would assume you would need to set the timer interval on the form to run the "On Timer" event. but then you would have to compair control data with a recordset pulled during the on timer event.. but that would only check the data the current user is looking at.
